Our Three Peaks Challenge Story
we are a company of builders who generally have a good level of fitness.
We started at the Ben at 5pm with cloud at 1000feet, our time was 3 hours and 30 mins as we went for it to give a head start. the road from fort william A82 closed at 10pm for roadworks so we had to get going. beware roadworks ongoing.
We left the minibus at 3.06 for scafell and returned at 6am after wittnesing a fantastic dawn on top.
Climbed Snowdon all found it harder than expected due to fatigue , some of us returned via crib goch as we had time to spare
Out of 10 guys we all completed it in time the slowest being the crib goch party in23 h 20 mins
